1. How long does it take to create something on veronicaariel.com?

Most items are made-to-order, so please be aware that production time can take up to 14 days after payment is received. BLK CEO merchandise is usually ready to ship within 5 days of payment confirmation, though this may take up to 7-14 days in some circumstances. When ordering a special occasion piece from Veronica Ariel’s signature collection, please keep in mind that it will take 2-3 months for production. Our signature pieces, including bridal, evening wear, prom, and black tie formal, require more intricate details and thus take the longest to create. Please refer to our size guide when purchasing on veronicaariel.com.

2. Does veronicaariel.com offer expedited shipping?

Since the items are custom-made, Veronica and her team are unable to create and ship rushed items. Please take into account production and shipping times if you need your items for a special occasion.

3. Does veronicaariel.com ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. However, if there's something you absolutely must own, please reach out to us via our contact form. We'll be happy to provide custom international shipping rates for your order.

4. How do sizes run?

BLK CEO items usually fit true to size. If the item is UNISEX, it is usually a man's cut and you should size down for a true fit, or size up for an oversized look. For example, if you wear a women's medium and the sizes are unisex, order a small. If you want a relaxed or oversized fit, order a large+.

5. How long does shipping take once I receive a tracking number?

USPS Priority shipping typically takes 1-2 days to arrive at your address, however we are not accountable for any delays caused by USPS.

6. What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

At Veronica Ariel, we understand how important your packages are, but unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If tracking says your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend you wait a few days as USPS may update their system without actually delivering the item. If you still haven’t received it in a reasonable time, then it’s best to file a claim with your local post office.

7. Do you offer pick-up service for customers who live in Chicago or surrounding areas?

Unfortunately, we currently don’t offer pick-up from our studio location. However, our team is working to make this service available soon.

8. Does Veronica Ariel offer alterations to garments?

Veronica only provides alterations for garments crafted in her studio. Unfortunately, we cannot offer alterations for any other garments.

9. Can I discuss my design ideas with Veronica Ariel before booking a consultation?

Veronica Ariel believes that consultations are essential to ensure your design needs are fully understood. During the consultation, we can discuss your ideas in detail, provide an accurate price quote, and provide a timeline for the project. Veronica Ariel does not offer price quotes or discuss design details via email or text - a consultation must be booked in order to proceed.
